We have a limited  number of rooms reserved at a group rate from Wednesday May 17 through Sunday May 21  Once these rooms are reserved, we will attempt to obtain additional rooms but there is no assurance of availability or the rate may be higher.. Also, any rooms not reserved by April 17, 2023 will revert to the hotel.

The easiest way to reserve a room is to go to this special reservation page. You must enter our group code to obtain the reunion rate: ASME23C .  You can also call Orleans Reservations at 800-675-3267 and give them the group code.

When you make a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the first night. The deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date.

Rates below do NOT include tax or daily resort fee of $34.54. (Resort fee may possibly increase before then.)

All rooms are non-smoking.
